Manages transportation infrastructure projects and work packages across rail, highways, airside and airport environments — aligning scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and stakeholders. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams (civil, environmental, telecoms, MEP, systems, signalling, surveys, fire strategy, road safety audit, construction support). Leads tendering, mobilisation, reporting, commercial management, QA compliance and client communications across T&M, lump-sum and other models.

Managed rail systems and control-system delivery through setup, planning, reporting, cost control, stakeholder coordination and commissioning support — including night-shift commissioning and rapid transition from off-site testing to live railway.

Managed and supported rail signalling, telecoms, power, software, construction, ergonomics and operations-room work packages across major re-signalling schemes. Built risk registers, estimates, WBS/CBS, baseline programmes and change control. Co-located with the Network Rail client team; led digital-transformation and Lean Construction initiatives; co-managed a winning ~£2.5m GRIP4 bid.
